Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your order. After your order has been received, we will send a confirmation email. We will send a second email as soon as your item ships, complete with a tracking number. If Adorosa becomes aware of any major delays, the customer will be promptly notified as well. After your items have shipped, we cannot change the contents or destination of the package, nor totally guarantee its safety. If you have any questions or concerns after your package has shipped, please contact the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs

All orders ship out from our headquarters in Rochester, New York. We ship using USPS, and shipping costs vary depend on your location. We try our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but to ensure safety of your product, Please consult USPS and/or Wix if you have any additional questions regarding shipping costs. 

 

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally. We are hoping to change this in the near future, but at this moment, we can only ship within the United States.
