Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, you have 30 days to contact us for a return. 

Please contact us either by using the form under the Contact section of our website; or by sending us an email at rochestertchotchke@gmail.com. If using the Contact form, please include "Return" in the first sentence so we are able to give your time-sensitive request priority.

Items must be in their original condition with physical proof of purchase initially sent with item. If your item was damaged during the shipping process before you received it, please make this clear in your initial request. Items broken after the customer has received it may not be accepted for a return. 

Once you've contacted us and we've approved your request, you'll receive a printable return shipping label.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us, received return approval, and sent out your item, we will notify you once your order has arrived. After an inspection period, we will let you know whether your item has been accepted for refund. If approved, you will receive a refund in the exact amount within 10 business days. Shipping fee may not be refunded. We will process your request as quickly as possible, so please give us the full waiting period of 10 business days before contacting us about your refund. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at rochestertchotchke@gmail.com.

Due to the hand-made nature of our product, we cannot accept exchanges.
