Our bi-monthly blind box offering is a combination of three things we love: Sweets, Spiders, and Snails!

Two Varieties are available: Bon Bon Spider and Candy Cane Snail.

The Bon Bon Spider is about 1.5 inches long and 1 inch high. It features a unique bon bon-inspired splatter-patterned body, with a "white-chocolate" drizzle and shiny tempered coating.
The Candy Cane Snail is about 2 inches long by 3 inches high. Its bubblegum-pink body features a painted face and custom shiny candy cane swirl shell.

Each item is a hand-sculpted, hand-painted, one of a kind collectible. All designs are proudly created in-house by our small team in Upstate New York. Due to the handmade nature of each item, slight variations will occur. Items pictured are not guaranteed to be the specific item you receive.

A portion of the profits of each Blind Box sale will go to charity. For this collection, we will be donating 8% of each sale to the organization Stop AAPI Hate, a non-profit dedicated to fighting for the rights of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States.

A blind box is a box containing one of our hand-created mystery figurines. You won't know which figure exactly you'll receive until you open the box.
Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, you have 30 days to contact us for a return.

Please contact us either by using the form under the Contact section of our website; or by sending us an email at rochestertchotchke@gmail.com. If using the Contact form, please include "Return" in the first sentence so we are able to give your time-sensitive request priority.

Items must be in their original condition with physical proof of purchase initially sent with item. If your item was damaged during the shipping process before you received it, please make this clear in your initial request. Items broken after the customer has received it may not be accepted for a return.

Once you've contacted us and we've approved your request, you'll receive a printable return shipping label.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us, received return approval, and sent out your item, we will notify you once your order has arrived. After an inspection period, we will let you know whether your item has been accepted for refund. If approved, you will receive a refund in the exact amount within 10 business days. Shipping fee may not be refunded. We will process your request as quickly as possible, so please give us the full waiting period of 10 business days before contacting us about your refund. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at rochestertchotchke@gmail.com.

Due to the hand-made nature of our product, we cannot accept exchanges.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your order. After your order has been received, we will send a confirmation email. We will send a second email as soon as your item ships, complete with a tracking number. If Adorosa becomes aware of any major delays, the customer will be promptly notified as well. After your items have shipped, we cannot change the contents or destination of the package, nor totally guarantee its safety. If you have any questions or concerns after your package has shipped, please contact the shipping provider.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally. We are hoping to change this in the near future, but at this moment, we can only ship within the United States.
